• 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy: You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

• Orders Above ₹1,000: Returns are not applicable. Only one-time exchange is allowed. If you don’t want an exchange, we will issue a coupon for the order value.

• Free Gifts: Non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

• Sale Items: Exchange only (no returns allowed).

Return & Exchange Process

• Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Reverse pickup available for ₹89.
• Exchange can only be done once per order (no multiple exchanges).
• If an exchange has been made, the item cannot be returned later.

Refunds & Coupons

• Refunds for returns (above ₹1,000) will be given as a coupon.
• If exchanging for a lower-value item, the balance amount will be issued as a one-time-use coupon (no partial redemptions).
• All coupons issued in any case are one-time-use only (no partial redemptions).
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.

Damages & Issues

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately for a resolution.
